As with "Here, Now", this track reflects my experiences in trying to overcome anxiety and depression using mindfulness techniques. The mind generates thoughts all the time, and we usually listen to whatever it tells us without question. Thoughts gain power over us only if we let them, by giving them the time of day. If we step back and observe, we can see thoughts come and go. Even painful thoughts can dissipate if you choose to accept that they are there and will soon be gone. My mind is a sky, with clouds that come and go.

The track begins with a turbulent, chaotic intro. Then the clouds part, giving way to the vast, open skies of the chorus and the extended "bridge" type section. Of course, chaos returns at times, but it soon passes.

Chickens are looking at me quite menacingly.
